Hi David;
It sounds like you still have the Quickstarter open. I am a leap
that you are on a windows system. If so then the Quickstarted will be in
your system tray (the area at the botttom left of your screen where the
clock is). The Icon is a blue background with a gull in flight. Right
clock on that icon and left click close. That should close it down and
allow you to install.
