On Wed, 14 Oct 2009 00:34:49 -0400 Came this utterance formulated by [email protected] to my mailbox:
> I recently signed up as a user on the bug reporting site, > qa.openoffice.org. The first step in reporting a bug is to search for > existing issues to see if my bug has already been reported. I think > that I found an issue (91881) that seems to match my problem, but the > issue is marked as "closed." How would I go about getting it > re-opened? > Probably better to open a new report, but query if your bug it is related to 91881. Something like "May be related to 91881 - closed bug report". Many of these bugs get closed because no one else can reproduce them. If you are able to provide an example file one which your bug occurs on multiple machines it is far more likely to get taken seriously. -- Michael All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well - Julian of Norwich 1342 - 1416 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
