If you press F11 you'll bring up the the *Styles & Formatting* menu. The 4th
icon along at the top covers Page styles. You'll see one named *Default* and
another named *First Page*. The First Page style has Default defined as its
*Next Style*. So modify (right click, Modify) the Default style to have the
heading you want and then ensure your document's first page is formatted
using the First Page style. VoilĂ .
