Following up on my own post... Just checked by adding to a mozilla bug &
the response that I received back is that the issue probably cannot be
fixed for the nntp filters. The filters look at the XHDR info & here is
what is returned from the nntp header:

This is what the news server tells us:
XHDR Delivered-To 201827
221 Delivered-To matches follow (art)
201827 mailing list [email protected]
.

Perhaps if the header were changed to 'Delivered-To-Moderator:' that
would work. But won't know unless someone from OOo/Collabnet would be
willing to test.
