Try exporting as a png with zero compression instead of a jpg. For
example, if I use the Draw CD template and export the whole thing as a
jpg @ 100% quality, it comes out as a 72 × 72 ppi with a file size of
36.9KB. However if I export as a png w/zero compression, it comes out
96.0374 × 96.0374 ppi pixels with a file size of 2.6MB.

Printing to file using postscript gives 100 x 100 ppi.

This still may not give your resolution that you are looking for, but
perhaps it's better than jpg & you can experiment adjusting using Gimp etc.
