I certainly feel I am "at liberty" to say but I can't because I don't
know; Paul didn't say. The Subject of is last message was "[update]
Issues with unsubscribed users on 'users' and 'discuss' " and he said
what I quoted, apart from the <name deleted ...>. I'll ask him ...
Well, I asked if Paul's contact is working on (a) or (b). This is what I
