[users] Problem with additional language modul

Hello

I have instaled the Open office 2.0 Beta and want to instal additional 
language package with Dic. OOo 1.3.3 but the macro is not responding and 
no instalation process is starting.  I have Windows XP,  I have switched 
of the firewall and virus scaner but still no improvment.
