I'm not a programmer (now, or ever here). But what did you determine
to be the name of the subscribed account? It isn't the one you're
using here. What account was specified in the "Goodbye" message? Do
you now see a different account name in the Return-Path header?
Without that information, there's very little we can do to help you.
Also, people may still be copying you when responding to your messages
(as I am here), since this account is and always has been identified as
not subscribed.
