Problem is there is NO plain page page 'style' & the 'new' one I thought I
made isn't there.
Generally, all you need to do is apply the First Page style to your
first page (your letterhead, apparently). The Default page style, which
is about as plain as I can imagine, then follows when there's enough
material to flow from the first page to the second. If you made a new
page style, you should be able to see it if you bring up the Navigator
(F5) and click on the icon for page styles. Do you not see it then?
