Yeah, that is a problem. If he doesn't unsub himself, I think the
list moderators should forcibly remove him from the list (and I know
they can do it, I'm very familiar with mailman).
I reported him to his isp. I'm sure they were not thrilled with the
prospect of the volume of mail his circular forwarding would have
caused. I notice I have not heard from him lately.
He goes away for a while, then comes back. We've heard from a
users/discuss moderator (he may be the only one around at all) that the
authority for force-unsubscribing is not in the normal set of functions
given to moderators, but he's asked for it.
