Usually I create the full table of data, then build a graph off it. However, if you build the graph first, you can modify the data range by right clicking on the chart and selecting 'modify data range'. The data range runs from corner to corner, such as A1:H5. �If you added two rows ( 6 and 7), the new range would be A1:H7.
