I am very interested in your OpenOffice products. I currently have Microsoft Premium Office Suite. Do I need to uninstall the MS office product prior to downloading your product? I just want to make sure the two products don’t conflict with each other.

You can have them both on the same machine. However, you want to take care you *DON'T* say yes to the questions in the OOo installation routine about using OOo as the default program for opening Word, Excel and PowerPoint files unless you really want OOo to be the default handler for those files (so to open the file in Word, you'd need to use File->Open from inside Word rather than double clicking on a document icon from an Explorer window). The boxes are not checked by default.

Of course, if you don't check them you'd need to use File->Open inside OOo to get OOo to open a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file, but Windows is only going to let one program be primary <grin>.
