I've been running OO.o for about a decade on my Linux systems (currently
Slackware-12.2). The OO.o version is 3.1.1, cups-1.3.10, and cups-pdf-2.5.0.
The printer is a HP LaserJet 5 with the PostScript module added. I can no
longer print envelopes while I used to do so with no problems.

The envelope template calls for a page size of 4.13" high x 9.5" wide
(standard COM10 business envelope size). Print preview shows the envelope
correctly (in landscape mode) with the logo and return address in the upper
left corner and the recipient's name and address in the proper place.

I insert a blank envelope on the front tray of the printer, flush with the
left stop and end first (since the envelope is too wide otherwise). When it
worked, I'd insert the envelope face up, send the image to the printer and
out it came. Now the envelope travels through the printer but comes out
blank and the printer display tells me it found an unexpected page size.

Has anyone here some ideas what might have broken and how to fix it?

Rich
