Brenda, it looks as if you used the mailto link in the Subject field of 
your message -- it's designed as the To address. You can try again that 
way, or use this link: users-unsubscribe-btwine=jas....@openoffice.org. 
Again, this should become the To address of your message; the subject 
and content don't matter. If you have more trouble, I'll help off-list 
(ba...@onr.com).
