Is there anyone for hire to do contract macro programming in Writer? I'd like a macro to be called from the command line along with a starting template document, something similar discussed here: http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=8232
When to document opens, the macro replaces certain text in the document with text fields in the clipboard. Therefore, this "merge" happens upon loading the document. That's basically it. An external program populates the clipboard and calls soffice.exe from the command line. Writer runs the macro to do the search/replace stuff. -Eric Wood CTO International Plastics, Inc.
