When OOo reloads it should show any files it was working with and ask if
you want to recover them. If you cancel then the file is lost (or any
changes since last save are). The file should exist where you saved it
(if you did) or in the default Document directory used by OOo I think.
Anyone can correct me on this if I'm wrong.
