Yes there is - whoever it is can simply *post their question* - posting
'test' just sends *thousands* - sometimes *tens* of thousands - of
emails around the internet totally wasting the bandwidth and time of
everyone on the list.

I was simply pointing this out to someone who may not have thought of
this before.

Incidentally, I meant to send that just to him, so my apologies to the
list for my mistake (that being the only reason I'm replying on list again).
