[users] error message when saving documents under file

Since installing Open Office I sometimes get an error message when I try to 
save a document under file. When it first occurred I tried uninstalling Open 
Office and it stopped the problem. I then reinstalled and had no problem for 
several days but now the problem has returned. If you can provide a solution it 
would be greatly appreciated.
