Hi Brian, I tried many times, I also went to Apple Store to ask them some help and they didn't fond the problem, still not working. Now I had just bought a new one directly at the store with a CD and the serials printed on the back, and it worked.
Please, I'm asking you to cancel my order. Thank you for your help. On Windows systems, you can just use Alt+left-mouse-drag. Alternatively (and on other systems), you need first to change the selection mode to "Block Area"; then you can select a block by simply dragging the mouse in the usual way. You can do this in a number of ways: o Go to Edit | Selection Mode > | Block Area. o Press Alt+Shift+F8 or Ctrl+Shift+F8. o Click the selection mode indicator in the Status Bar at the foot of the Writer window. (It probably says "STD".) You can cycle between Standard, Extension, Additional selection, and Block selection modes. I trust this helps.
