OpenOffice.org is open source software that's produced and distributed for free. How much support do you think that pays for? It is supported by the user community, that is us. We are simply unpaid volunteers who try to help other users. If you want support, you can pay from it, either by buying StarOffice, the commercial version of OpenOffice.org or paying someone for support.
