I did see that you solved your question - but just in case anyone comes
a looking in the near future.
The English (British) language pack simply didn't get out of RC stage
yet if you need it for 3.2 you can find these RC packs at
http://download.openoffice.org/all_rc.html
Truthfully though I don't know why anyone would want a English (British)
language pack it is just full of typos.
Than again perhaps my being an American colors my opinion on
that...*chuckle*.
