Take a look at the gentleman's name, and it suggests English might not be
his native tongue.  He may not have been able to even find the list before
this.  I agree he needs to  be told the correct way, but in the meantime,
perhaps someone who knows how to do this could answer him -- directly
perhaps, since there's little value in maintaining a reference chain of
correspondence once the topic has been hijacked.
