Hi James,

 

thanks for the advice. I am looking to change my operating system in the future.

 

Any idea as to why the recovery information wouldn't have been saved at all 
though? I seem to have empty files in the backup folder called 
DOCUMENTNAME_1.odt DOCUMENTNAME_2.odt etc... All empty when I open them.. 0 kb
