I've tried the support people, and they say they cannot reproduce the problem, and I cannot understand half their geek speak either.
I'm running Windows 7, 32 bit Professional edition. I have the OpenOffice3.2.0 OOO320m12 (Build9483) I open a text document, type in some words, high light a word, choose format, click on CHARACTER and the whole office suite freezes. If I do the other way, using the keyboard, I click on the keALT O, then click on the key H Support people didn't give me any satisfaction. They did give me this instruction, which they failed to "translate" into plain language for me. "check if this still occures when deleting your user profile as MRU described." Can someone help me?
