Hi: OOo 3.2 on OSX 10.6.3
I've had a look at the manual but I'm not sure what to use as a search description so I may not have looked in the right place. I have a spreadsheet containing a list of names and addresses of club members together with a column stating when they paid their dues for the year. Is there any way to print out or copy to a new sheet some or all of the details where there is no payment data? The list, which I've inherited, looks something like this: 123 Wilde James Paid for 2010 Anystreet Anytown 123-555-1234 124 Wood John Another street Sometown 123-555-1235 The first column is a membership number, then name, then a text which can vary for paid dues, then street address, then town, finally phone number. If the paid column is empty, I'd like to print name, street address, town and maybe telephone number or transfer this data to a new spreadsheet on consecutive lines. Can this be done?
