I bought a 27" iMac last week and don't want to buy crappy Microsoft Office and highly unimpressed with Apple's meanness in not installing iworks, so decided to download Open Office for Mac OS (10.6). Tried three times but I keep getting the message that the download timed out. Can you tell me please what I need to do to overcome this problem?
