The www.openoffice.org website lists a number of vendors who offer (or
have offered in the past) to sell CDs of the software, though OOo makes
no guarantees about them. It should be a nominal cost (under $10 USD),
and you'll need to be sure to specify the operating system and version
you need. If there are no high-speed internet connections available,
that may be your best bet, although there are sometimes computer-related
magazines that contain CDs that include OOo and other FOSS software --
again, you'll need to make sure you have a version compatible with your
system.
