1: Speaking from experience, tutorials, documentation, and the like,
for blind people has to be written from scratch:
a) "Generic" screen-reader documentation does not always work, because
different screen readers have difference inputs for both mouse strokes,
and keyboard sequences;
b) Keyboard sequences for a Perkins Keyboard are different from those of
a 105 key keyboard;
c) The data displayed on a Braille display monitor is radically
different from the output of either a screen reader, or a "normal" video
monitor;
d) Voice input hardware and software have very different command sets,
which affects their functionality;

2: I'm not aware of any usable documentation for blind users of OOo.
The few blind users I've tried to migrate to OOo gave it up as bad job,
because their screen reader was incompatible with OOo.
(The basic responses I received were: "Until OOo is fully compatible
with, and rewritten to support JAWS, forget OOo because OOo is
dysfunctional", and "Until JAWS is available for Linux, forget Linux."
[If somebody can point me to a screen reader for Linux, that is fully
compatible with JAWS --- this includes all keystroke sequences, _and_
scripts -- I'd appreciate it.] )
