Hello.

I am trying to print labels (actually raffle tickets) using a
spreadsheet as data source. The spreadsheet only has one column having a
number sequence in each row. These numbers become ticket numbers in the
labels.

I have created a new user format label of 5 labels on a page (1 col. and
5 rows). Synchronization is checked and the format is a whole page in
the creation options of this label.

I created a new document for the labels, inserted a table of two colums
and one row (left column will be retained and right column will be given
to the participant) in the first label area and checked the synchronize
option to get all the labels populated in the same way. So far so good.

Then I opened the spreadsheet as data source and inserted the "Ticket
Number" in the first label of the labels document and clicked
synchronize again. The field was inserted in all labels on the page.

However, when I actually print (Print -> then choose to print a form)
and select some ticket numbers to be printed, I get the same number in
all labels on one page. So if I want ticket numbers from 1 to 10, I
should have 10 labels to be printed and thus two pages (5 labels per
page) with each label having a unique number. But I end up with 10
pages, each page having five labels with the same data!

What am I doing wrong? How do I fix this?

This is on Debian Testing using openoffice.org 3.2.0.

Thanks.
