The next thing to try would be sending a message to [email protected]. Or do you mean that you get the confirmation message, but the reply fails? In that case, take the whole complex return address out of the message, and make it the Subject of a message to [email protected]. If that doesn't do it, letmeknow what happens and I'll help off-list.
