For example:
If there r two spreadsheet 'A' and "B". If I open 'A' and 'B' in taskbar we can
see two different tabs in Taskbar. But in Excel there is option Tools ->
Options -> View -> Windows in taskbar. if I Disable Windows in taskbar. We can
see one tab in taskbar but we can view two excel file by using Ctrl+tab keys.
I want to know there is any equal option Tools -> Options -> View -> Windows in
taskbar (In excel) in openoffice.

I am not sure that I fully understand your question, but maybe this is
what you want: Insert -> Sheet -> From File -> Browse
If you mean a MDI (Multiple Document Interface) similar to that in
Excel, I don't believe that has been implemented in OOo yet. Although
over the years there have been a number of users requesting this
enhancement.
If I have misunderstood your question, please post back to this list
with more a detailed question, together with info about OOo and OS
versions.
