If you look at the Avery web site, you will see that the template offered (for Microsoft Word) for 74549 is compatible with 5383, 5390, 74461, and 74556 as well. This suggests that these labels are identical in number, size, and position. Both 5383 and 5390 feature in OpenOffice. Would one of these templates serve your purpose?
