You can do that. But there have sometimes been en-GB versions, in
which the user interface - the menu items and so on - is spelled in
British English rather than the American English of the en-US versions.
There are localized versions as well as language packs for en-GB. They
are not listed until they pass the QA process. They are available for
OOo 3.2.1 RC2, which is the same as the release version, on the mirrors.
