[users] I need some help please....

I have a Mac (year old desk top computer)....& I downloaded your  
program....but for some reason I can't open anything with it...  Since  
I'm 73....I don't understand all things as the younger ones do...&  
would love to have some help with trying to open file....especially  
tif files...
