For me, from work, http://download.openoffice.org/index.html offers version 3.2.1 British English. That first goes to a page saying "You are about to download OpenOffice.org...", then to the 404 page, then redirects to the main list. http://download.openoffice.org/index.html appears to link to the version without JRE, which appears not to be available yet. The version with JRE is available from http://download. openoffice.org/other.html but selecting not to include the JRE from there also leads to the 404 page.
