There has been discussions in several of the OpenOffice.org mailing list
about this subject. The latest was back in May on this list. Find the

Basically I see no need for the OpenOffice.org community to provide a
service that is already available. One reply in the thread above listed
three such services. Messages in other mailing list also have other
services.
