Hi;

I am probably double thinking myself making things more difficult than
they really are - but I can't seem to get the right cell formatting
formula.

I have imported a set of financial data such that:
$10,623,900 (millions) really equals $10,623,900,000.
I want to format $10,623,900 so that it shows in the cell as $10,623.9
(billions). I am try to avoid dividing by 1000.

I thought it should be simple, but my decimal places are coming out
wrong depending on the size of the original number. Any suggestions
welcome.
