The method of doing this is described on page 383 of the User Guide http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo1.x.x/printed.html and in Help ( Help > Contents > Index > Search term > landscape and portrait ) Please let us know what fails using this method so we can get it corrected. If it does work and you must perform this task frequently, I suggest that you create a page style to make things easier.
