I think you missed the start of the thread, the original question had
nothing to do with collaboration. Dotan was asking about using something in Writer like what Calc uses for "sheets". The point of collaboration was only added as benefit of adding the ability. ...

Neither Harold nor anyone else has any question about where the thread began. But as you say, Barbara reinforced Dotan's request by pointing out the benefit to workspace synchronization. Then two days ago jonathon replied that such synchronization has been managed in OO by macro - and I'm afraid we have been, since then (absent clarification from jonathon), trying to decode that message. Sorry if you missed the subthread.
