I hate to say it but someone, other than OpenOffice.org, has taken
advantage of you. Was the program installed when you bought the
computer? If so ask them what the money was for. If it was for support
then take the matter up with them, if it was for installing
OpenOffice.org see if they will remove it and refund your money. Either
way OpenOffice.org is not responsible for any money you paid.
Are you sure it was OpenOffice.org that was installed?
There is no phone number, and everyone on this list is a volunteer
trying to help other users.
