Just installed OOo_3.2.0_LinuxX86-64_install_wJRE_en-US.tar.gz (why is the with
JRE the same file as supposedly without JRE?)
Anyway, trynig to run any of the programs produces:
$ oocalc
** (soffice:27404): WARNING **: unable to get gail version number
GC Warning: Repeated allocation of very large block (appr. size 262144000):
May lead to memory leak and poor performance.
GC Warning: Repeated allocation of very large block (appr. size 1048576000):
May lead to memory leak and poor performance.
Needless to say, that immediately brings the system to a crawl consuming all
(several gigabytes) of memory and swap.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
