Is there a way to print copies of a document with a script or macro?
I would like to have an icon on the desktop that instantly prints out
30 copies of a document. The document gets printed often in our
restaurant, it's the kids menu, it has a place to color in pictures
and things.
Do you see the header in your message, "In-Reply-To:
<4C198856.8080003...>"? That is why your message does not have its own
thread, but is buried as a reply <http://www.jwz.org/doc/threading.html>.
You asked this same question a month ago (June 16), and were advised to
ask it /without/ hijacking another thread, so that (among other things)
more people would see your question. Michael Adams and Kevin McLauchlan
even wrote terrific explanations of the issue, explaining the problems
with thread hijacking, how to recognize it, how to avoid it [cf post#
208999 in the archive].
So when, a month later, you ask the question again, why did you *not*
START A NEW THREAD? I hope that you find Gene Young's answer useful,
but please remember that people devote thought and time to try to help
you with their answers; it is courteous to give at least a little
thought and time to read what they write. Please?

I didn't understand how I was hi-jacking a thread in the first place, so
my apologies. No one explained to me how I hi-jacked a thread, so I
didn't understand my error.
Anyway, thank you for explaining it this time around. I won't hi-jack
threads any longer.
