Your pdf didn't come through. However creating a hybrid & reopening in
OOo (File|Open|<pdf>) works for me with:

OOo 3.2.0 linux (Ubuntu) File size: 224Kb
OOo 3.2.1 linux (standard OOo) File size: 164Kb
OOo 3.2.1 Windows (WinXPPro SP3) File size: 166Kb

(file size difference between the Ubuntu OOo and standard OOo was due to
having jpeg compression set to 100% in Ubuntu OOo. Reseting to match
standard OOo (90%) changes the file size to 164Kb as well)
