vlookup has a disturbing parameter, the fourth parameter, which is a
optional parameter. Indeed, there are good instructions in help
document. But I remember, I always made the same mistake every time I
use calc occasionally. 
In my case, I shall always assign sort order value 0 (which is not the
default value) since names in the first column have not been sorted.
