[users] Does OOo not use Quickstarter any more.?

I recently downloaded the latest OOo and I note there is no longer a 
Quickstart icon in my Windows XP System Tray?

Is it no longer used or did I muff the installation in some way.  Apart 
form that, OOo is working fine.
