It would help if you tell us what operating system you're using. The
download/install instructions vary widely between Windows/OS X/*NIX.
The different operating systems use different version numbers (my Ubuntu
system uses 3.2). There are Release Candidate versions of 3.2.1, but I
don't know if it's available in your language (The Netherlands?
Dutch/Frisian?).
Are you downloading from the official OpenOffice.org web site -
download.openoffice.org
With a little more information one of the power users here can give you
a hand.
