(ubuntu 10.04 & oo 3.2) Hello All,
I've been working with MS Access since version 2.0 back in 1993; but I'm trying to convert myself to the linux/oo environment. In other words; I'm a noob. I created a for with n controls, one for each field in table/query. Then I added a control whose Data field I set to blank in order to use it for a calculation by manipulation its text property in every needed event. It worked like a charm ... ... BUT ... My problem is that I need this calculation to be in a datasheet subform ... So I added an extra column whose Data field property was set to nothing. And I tried, and I tried, and I tried, untill I found the Columns Collection but it turns out my calculated column does not show up this collection.
