A better look to the various builds (Ubuntu included) and to your mail
yields:
- Standard ("vanilla") OOo 3.2.1 (OOO320m18 (Build:9502))
works
- Ubuntu package ooo-build 3.2.1.3 (OOO320m18 (Build:9502))
broken
- Novell / OpenSuSE / Go-OO OOo 3.2.1.4 (OOO320m19 (Build:9505))
broken
and, excepting errors, we have to give the bugs source to Novell /
OpenSuSE / Go-OO / Ubuntu "packing" because both Standard 3.2.1 and
Ubuntu 3.2.1.3 start from OOO320m18 at th same build!
So we must change the process that yields to this and possibly others
bugs. Don't you think is the only right way?
Remember, my Ubuntu 3.2.1.3 (OOO320m18 (Build:9502)) also has the error.
So it is in the go-oo/novell m18 9502 build as well. A new build is in
process for i386 build of openoffice.org 1:3.2.1-5ubuntu1
(<https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+builds>) so I'll see if it occurs in
that one as well.
-5 build has this:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/1:3.2.1-5ubuntu1
Perhaps you can find a similar report for the opensuse builds?
Note that 3.2.1.x on Ubuntu (10.10 Maverick) is still in 'alpha stage'&
I'm surprised that opensuse is already using 3.2.1.4 as stable.
As I told yesterday I post the new information here in the Novell bug:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=615812#c11
Some days ago, moreover, I change the priority level from Normal (P4) to
Urgent (P1).
