Yes, you're right about this. This line shows you the whole text, that
is intered into any cell, that  you might not see in total when you
just look at the cell itself.

To set up a header or footer go to the menu "Format > Page" and click
on the tab called "header" or "footer" (depending on what you want).
Here you can setup all the margins for the header / footer.

For inserting the actual text into the header or footer, please go to
"Edit > Headers & Footers" and there you can enter all the stuff you
want and it will then appear on every page.

No, not really. All the people on this mailinglist are volunteers and
don't get paid to give out support.

But if you describe your problem in detail, tell us which operating
system and which version of OOo you use, then there will always be
someone who might be able to help you.

people see your request for help and might have some ideas what could
