I notice that the _http://user.services.openoffice.org/_ page (a list of foreign-language user community forums) shows no entry for the German-language forums. Is there any particular reason for this apparent omission?
That's because there is no DE forum set up at http://user.services.openoffice.org/
Any Native Language OOo Community can request and set up a language specific OOo forum there if they want (a request needs to be submitted to the forum moderators). The DE community has not requested a forum on this server.
